The design decision

Per-minute audio charges do not describe the full cost of a workflow. Telephony legs, speech services, model usage, recordings, transfers and operator review may be billed differently. Build a cost view that shows which components are measured, which are estimates and when the provider finalises the charge for a call.

Workflow and information contract

Attach cost records to the business request and individual call legs. Keep currency and units with every amount. Separate fixed subscription costs from variable usage and implementation work. Reconcile estimated usage against later provider records. Report cost per attempted call and cost per verified outcome without treating the two denominators as interchangeable.

Acceptance test and expected result

Model a call that transfers to staff and creates a second billable leg. Verify that both legs remain visible without counting the business request twice. Introduce a delayed cost update and check reconciliation. Test zero completed outcomes: the report should say the outcome metric is unavailable rather than divide by zero.

Limits and human handoff

This is an accounting design guide, not a VoiceAvo price quote or a claim of savings. Use the rates in your actual agreements and include human review effort. A lower transport bill is not an improvement when it is accompanied by more unresolved calls.

Prepare a VoiceAvo implementation review

Use this guide to prepare a specific VoiceAvo implementation review, not as a promise that every described action is enabled in every account. Confirm the selected telephony provider, supported integration, staff responsibilities and failure path before activation. Begin with synthetic records and approved test destinations. Keep a dated record of expected and actual results, and approve production use only after the business owner has reviewed the evidence. For this workflow, bring the following information: call leg, usage quantity, unit, currency, estimated versus final amount and verified outcome.

Provider reference documentation

These references describe the provider's own interfaces. They do not establish a VoiceAvo partnership or integration availability.

Use a repeatable acceptance checklist

Open the workflow acceptance kit and review the implementation checklist. These are scenarios to run, not claimed product test results.
