The design decision
Real-estate lead qualification should help an agent understand the enquiry without forcing a caller through a long interrogation. The useful fields depend on whether the lead is a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant, and the voice agent should collect only information that genuinely changes routing or follow-up. Qualification is preparation for a human sales conversation, not an automated judgment about the person or their eligibility.
Workflow and information contract
Identify the lead type and ask a short set of business-approved questions such as target area, property type, broad timing and preferred next step. For a specific listing, keep that listing attached to the enquiry. Store explicit caller statements rather than inferred financial or personal attributes. Route the enquiry according to territory, language, property type or requested service and offer a consultation slot when the calendar supports it.
Acceptance test and expected result
Test a specific-property buyer, a broad-area buyer, a seller seeking valuation, a landlord enquiry and a caller who declines qualification questions. Verify that the last caller can still request a human or callback, that no protected or sensitive characteristic is inferred, and that the lead record preserves only the information the caller actually provided.
Limits and human handoff
Do not infer creditworthiness, wealth, family status or other sensitive traits from voice, accent or conversation. Mortgage pre-qualification, legal eligibility and property-offer decisions should remain with authorised professionals and documented processes. Qualification scores, if used, must reflect explicit business criteria rather than opaque personal judgments.
Prepare a VoiceAvo implementation review
Use this guide to prepare a specific VoiceAvo implementation review, not as a promise that every described action is enabled in every account. Confirm the selected telephony provider, supported integration, staff responsibilities and failure path before activation. Begin with synthetic records and approved test destinations. Keep a dated record of expected and actual results, and approve production use only after the business owner has reviewed the evidence. For this workflow, bring the following information: lead type, property or area, stated timing, property preference, requested next step, routing criteria and consented follow-up.
Use a repeatable acceptance checklist
Open the workflow acceptance kit and review the implementation checklist. These are scenarios to run, not claimed product test results.
