The design decision

A trial visit is not confirmed until the relevant booking system accepts the reservation. The conversation should distinguish an available time, a held slot and a completed booking. This matters when a staff member is required for the tour or when a location has limited trial capacity during busy periods.

Workflow and information contract

Confirm the requested location, type of trial and any published eligibility conditions. Read availability from the approved source. Repeat the chosen date, time and arrival instructions before requesting the booking. Report success only after the system returns confirmation; otherwise explain that staff must finalise the request and assign it accordingly.

Acceptance test and expected result

Offer the last available trial slot to two simultaneous test enquiries. Only one should receive a confirmed reservation. Simulate a timeout after the booking is created and verify that reconciliation does not create a duplicate. Include a caller who changes location midway and check that availability is looked up again.

Limits and human handoff

Do not invent a free-trial offer or guarantee entry where eligibility has not been verified. Any waivers, age requirements or special access arrangements must come from approved gym policy and be handled by the appropriate staff or booking process.

Prepare a VoiceAvo implementation review

Use this guide to prepare a specific VoiceAvo implementation review, not as a promise that every described action is enabled in every account. Confirm the selected telephony provider, supported integration, staff responsibilities and failure path before activation. Begin with synthetic records and approved test destinations. Keep a dated record of expected and actual results, and approve production use only after the business owner has reviewed the evidence. For this workflow, bring the following information: location, trial type, policy version, chosen slot, booking identifier and confirmation state.

Use a repeatable acceptance checklist

Open the workflow acceptance kit and review the implementation checklist. These are scenarios to run, not claimed product test results.
