VOICEAVO IMPLEMENTATION RESOURCES

Multilingual Voice Test Planner

Build a reproducible review workload from languages, intents, conditions and repeats; estimate the reviewer time using your own duration.

What this tool measures

Counting supported languages is not the same as testing a business workflow in those languages. Use this tool to budget a matrix that includes the intended tasks and specific failure conditions. Fluency reviewers still need to inspect the final captured data and real business outcome.

Enter your planning inputs

Numeric defaults are fictional examples, not prices or measured performance. All calculations happen in your browser; inputs are not transmitted to the server.

Formula

Planned runs = languages × caller tasks × conditions × repeats. Review minutes = planned runs × review minutes per run. Review hours = review minutes ÷ 60.

Worked example

Three languages, five tasks, four conditions and two repeats produce 120 planned runs. At six review minutes per run, the workload is 720 minutes, or 12 hours. This is a review-time estimate, not evidence that any of the tests passed.

Limits and assumptions

The model assumes every combination is tested and each run takes the same review time. It does not verify translation quality, measure accuracy, select representative accents or prove statistical confidence. Specialist review, translation preparation and retesting after fixes may add work.

How to review the result

Define conditions such as an ambiguous date, interruption, unsupported language and failed transfer. Use synthetic records and approved destinations. Have competent reviewers check the same booking fields or routing outcome in each language, and keep failures separate from unresolved or unreviewed runs.

Exported JSON includes the inputs and derived outputs, making it possible for another reviewer to reproduce the arithmetic. Keep any underlying call evidence in your own approved system. A model result is not evidence that a live deployment has passed its acceptance tests.

Provider support, integration behaviour and business rules must be checked for your own configuration. These materials do not establish a partnership, universal compatibility or a guaranteed outcome.
