VOICEAVO IMPLEMENTATION RESOURCES

AI Voice Cost Calculator

Model voice, carrier, staff and setup costs using your own assumptions. See the full arithmetic without a fixed vendor savings claim.

What this tool measures

Compare complete workload scenarios rather than a headline per-minute rate. The model separates conversational minutes, carrier charges, fixed fees, follow-up work and a chosen allocation of setup costs. All example prices are fictional inputs, not VoiceAvo prices or competitor quotations.

Enter your planning inputs

Numeric defaults are fictional examples, not prices or measured performance. All calculations happen in your browser; inputs are not transmitted to the server.

Formula

Monthly minutes = calls × average minutes. Monthly cost = minutes × (AI rate + carrier rate) + platform fee + other costs + staff hours × hourly cost + setup cost ÷ allocation months. Cost per attempted call = monthly cost ÷ calls.

Worked example

Using the fictional defaults, 1,000 calls × 4 minutes gives 4,000 minutes. Voice and carrier costs total 480; adding 50 platform, 30 other, 250 staff and 100 allocated setup produces 910 per month, or 0.91 per attempted call in your chosen currency.

Limits and assumptions

Use one currency throughout. Include taxes, minimum billing increments, transfer legs, recording, phone numbers and usage tiers in your own inputs or other-cost allowance. The model assumes a uniform average duration and linear rates; it is not a quotation, cash-flow forecast or proof that staffing costs can be removed.

How to review the result

Obtain written rate definitions from each actual provider. Run a small approved pilot, compare the billed units with call records, and replace the fictional inputs with your observed durations and handling effort. Change one assumption at a time to see which costs drive the result.

Exported JSON includes the inputs and derived outputs, making it possible for another reviewer to reproduce the arithmetic. Keep any underlying call evidence in your own approved system. A model result is not evidence that a live deployment has passed its acceptance tests.
